The warranty period for products and completed work is 12 months from the date of installation or receipt of the completed order.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, proper operation of mechanisms and installation quality, provided that the operating instructions are followed.
We provide diagnostics, adjustment and replacement of mechanisms, curtain rods, fittings and other components.
Paid maintenance and repair services are also available after the warranty period has expired.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, contamination, improper use, unauthorised modifications, damage caused by flooding, fire, voltage fluctuations or other external factors.

Measure the width of the area that the curtains should cover. For a wall-mounted curtain rod, take into account not only the width of the window but also how far the curtain panels should extend beyond it.
Leave sufficient space on both sides so that the open curtains do not obstruct the window opening.
Measure the distance from the planned curtain rod position to the floor, window sill or another intended lower edge of the curtains.
For floor-length curtains, take measurements on the left, in the centre and on the right, as the floor level may vary.
Do not subtract or add allowances yourself. Send us the actual dimensions, photographs of the window and an explanation of how the curtains should be positioned. Our specialist will calculate the required curtain width, fullness ratio and curtain rod dimensions.

Consultation: 097 204 00 11Installing the curtain rod and hanging the curtains can be done independently if you have the necessary tools. Before starting, check the package contents, product dimensions, and the type of mounting surface.
Lay out the curtain rod, brackets, end caps, runners, hooks, and fasteners. Make sure all components match the order and are free of damage.
Hold the rod or brackets against the mounting surface. Align them using a level and mark the drilling points. The distance between brackets should ensure reliable support for the rod.
Drill holes according to the markings, insert the appropriate dowels, and secure the brackets with screws. Before drilling, make sure there is no hidden wiring or other utilities at the installation site.
Mount the rod in the installed brackets or attach the profile directly to the ceiling. Check the reliability of the fastening and the correct operation of the runners.
Insert the hooks into the curtain tape and attach them to the runners or rings of the rod. Distribute the folds evenly across the entire width of the fabric.
Open and close the curtains several times. Make sure the fabric moves freely, does not touch the radiator, furniture, or windowsill, and the rod remains securely fastened.
If the base has a complex structure, walls are made of drywall, the rod is very long, or heavy curtains are used, we recommend ordering professional installation. Improperly selected fasteners may cause damage to the wall, ceiling, or curtain rod.
