ZAMER Warranty Terms

– The warranty for all products is 12 months from the date of installation. – For automatic drives, motors, and electronics — up to 24 months depending on the manufacturer (Mosel, Alutech, Nice). – The warranty covers mechanical parts, fittings, connectors, guides, and curtain panels.

Every product is carefully tested before shipping. If any issue occurs during the warranty period not caused by misuse — our technician will visit and fix the problem free of charge as soon as possible.

Post-Warranty Service and Repairs

We continue to support our clients even after the warranty period. ZAMER Service operates across Ukraine — Kharkiv, Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and more. You can request paid repairs, adjustments, automation setup, or part replacement.

Service requests are processed within 24 hours, and technician visits are scheduled conveniently for you. We guarantee careful work, original parts, and transparent pricing.
