Delivery

ZAMER delivers blinds, fabric roller blinds, security shutters, gates and automation throughout Ukraine.

• Carriers: Nova Poshta or Delivery, as agreed with the customer.
• Pickup: from our production facility in Kharkiv.
• Local delivery: across Kharkiv and the region using our transport. Delivery and installation terms for other cities are agreed when placing the order.

Payment

• After installation: for orders that include installation.
• Cash: upon receipt or after installation.
• Bank transfer: to our settlement account, with or without VAT.

Payment stages and deadlines are agreed before the order enters production.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are handled in accordance with current Ukrainian law.

• Requests to exchange goods of proper quality are accepted within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided the goods have not been used, their appearance and consumer properties are preserved, proof of purchase is available, and the goods are not covered by a statutory exception.
• Custom orders: the possibility of exchanging or returning products made to individual specifications is determined with regard to the order details, contract terms and current law.
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, ZAMER pays the delivery cost. In other cases, delivery costs are determined by law and the agreed terms.
