ZAMER company provides fast and reliable delivery of blinds, roller shutters, gates, and automation throughout Ukraine:

• Shipping Carriers: Shipping via "Nova Poshta" or "Delivery" to any city (Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Poltava, etc.).
• Self-Pickup: Opportunity to pick up your order yourself from our warehouse in Kharkiv.
• Courier Delivery: Door-to-door delivery across Kharkiv and the region by our own transport.

Payment

We offer convenient payment terms for individuals and legal entities:

• Payment after Installation: You can pay after completion of all works (for orders with installation).
• Cash Payment: Upon receipt of goods or after installation.
• Bank Transfer: Payment to the company's settlement account (we work with VAT and without VAT).

Returns and Exchanges

We operate according to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". You have the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions:

• The product has no signs of use; its commercial appearance and packaging integrity are preserved.
• Custom Orders: According to Ukrainian law, products made to individual customer sizes (roller shutters, gates, blinds) of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

Return Shipping Cost:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect — shipping is paid by ZAMER.
• If the return is initiated by the buyer (product of proper quality) — delivery services are paid by the buyer.
